- MEG Glycol is mainly used for making polyester fiber, polyester resin, dehumidifying agents, plasticizers, surfactant, synthetic fibers.
- Can be used as a dye / ink solvent, the preparation of the engine antifreeze, gas dehydration.
- For the production of synthetic resin, PET, or polyester fiber grade PET, bottle grade PET film used to produce mineral water bottles.
- Ethylene Glycol can also produce alkyd resins, also used as antifreeze.
