【Use】
THFA is an acrylate product with a tetrahydrofuran ring. Tetrahydrofuran is a class of heterocyclic organic compounds and a class of cyclic ethers with extremely strong polarity. It can be used as a medium-polarity solvent in chemical reactions and extractions. The strong polarity brought by the tetrahydrofuran group makes this product have strong adhesion to most materials, and even has a swelling effect on some plastics such as PC.PET. THFA also has good weather resistance, yellowing resistance, water resistance, dilution resistance and flexibility. THFA is recommended for various adhesives, such as special substrate UV adhesives; special substrate inks and resins, emulsion polymerization. The details are as follows:
Chemical intermediates: used to prepare a variety of organic compounds, such as resins, coatings, plastics, dyes and medicines.
Polymer industry: as a crosslinker, plasticizer and stabilizer.
Adhesives: react with substances such as phenoxyethyl methacrylate to prepare binary adhesives that can adhere over a wide temperature range.
UV inks: compounded with polyurethane resins, etc., to prepare screen printing UV inks to improve printing problems on certain materials.
Membrane components: used as potting materials for membrane components to improve the performance of hollow fiber membrane components.
Water-boiled glue: compounded with other components to prepare single-component water-boiled glue to improve silicon wafer production efficiency.
UV curing coatings: as active diluents, used to prepare UV curing coatings, used for graphite heat dissipation materials, etc.
Special acrylate: When used with amino resin, it can be cured at a lower temperature and has a plasticizing effect.
Light-curing products: As a monomer diluent, it is used in UV-curing adhesives, coatings, inks and other fields. Due to its special structure, it has good adhesion to the substrate.
