Cyclohexane Liquid Uses
- Used as a raw material and solvent for synthesizing resins and synthetic fibers;
- Used as an organic solvent;
- It is a raw material for the production of caprolactam and adipic acid, used as a solvent and diluent for paints, inks, synthetic resins, synthetic rubber, and also as a leather degreaser;
- Solvents for fibers, resins, rubber, paraffin, shellac, and DDT, organically synthesized, capable of dissolving many complexes formed by elements and organic reagents, determining bismuth, and extracting rare metals such as uranium, thorium, cobalt, and titanium.;
- Important chemical raw materials, which are the main intermediates in the manufacturing of nylon, caprolactam, and adipic acid.
- Important industrial solvents, such as those used in paints, especially those containing nitrocellulose, vinyl chloride polymers and their copolymers, or methacrylate polymer paints.
- Excellent solvent for organic phosphorus insecticides and many similar pesticides, used as a solvent for dyes, as a viscous solvent for piston type aviation lubricants, and as a solvent for grease, wax, and rubber.
- Used as a homogenizing agent for dyeing and fading silk, a degreasing agent for polishing metals, a wood coloring paint, and can be used for cyclohexanone film removal, stain removal, and spot removal.
