1. by nitration reaction of dimethylurea to get nitro group, and add triaminopyrimidine under alkaline condition for condensation reaction, finally get 5-nitroso-2,4,6-triaminopyrimidine.
2. Prepared by condensation reaction of 3-chloro-5-nitrosopyrimidine and triaminopyrimidine under alkaline or neutral condition.
