Titanium(IV) Oxide is a widely used inorganic compound with the formula TiO₂ and a molecular weight of approximately 79.87 g/mol. Its appearance is usually a white powdery solid, existing in two main crystal forms: rutile (higher stability and density, 4.26 g/mL) and anatase (stronger photocatalytic activity).
Photocatalyst Titanium(IV) Oxide has a melting point of up to 1840°C and a boiling point of about 2900°C. It is almost insoluble in water at room temperature but slightly soluble in strong acid and alkali solutions.
