Properties：

Amino Tris(methylene Phosphonic Acid is colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, or white granular solid. Melting point 212℃ (decomposition). Relative density (20 ℃) 1. 30 ~ 1. 40. soluble in water, ethanol, acetone and so on. Stable chemical properties, good thermal stability, and sulfuric acid boiling does not separate, dry decomposition temperature of 200 ~ 212 ℃, not easy to hydrolyze.

Uses：

Amino Tris(methylene Phosphonic Acid) is used as scale inhibitor for open circulating cooling water system and boiler water, and also used as scale inhibitor for oilfield sewage re-injection system and condenser cooling water system of power plant which has high hardness and poor water quality conditions. It has good chelating and low-limit inhibition effects, which can prevent scale formation of scale salt in water. It is used in the water treatment of circulating cold water, oilfield water injection and water-containing oil pipeline. It can form polycyclic chelates with calcium, magnesium and other metal ions and dispersed in water in loose form, but the inhibition effect on calcium phosphate is not as good as that of ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid. It can also be used as metal cleaning agent to remove grease on metal surface, and also used as additive for detergent, masking agent for metal ions, additive for cyanide-free plating, and extractant for precious metals.
