What is Bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)-tallowamine Oxide?

Bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)-tallowamine Oxide, also known as ADBAC-N-oxide, is a commonly used surfactant and disinfectant. It has good surface activity and can act as an emulsifier between water and oil, allowing the two to mix evenly. ADBAC-N-oxide has excellent bactericidal and disinfecting abilities and can effectively inhibit and inactivate a variety of bacteria, fungi and viruses.
It has good stability in acid-base environments, can play a bactericidal role under different pH conditions, and is not easily destroyed. This substance is mainly used to disinfect and clean surgical instruments, medical equipment, etc.
