Bis (triethoxysilylpropyl) Disulfide is widely used in the rubber industry, especially suitable for composite systems containing hydroxyl fillers (such as white carbon black, silicate) and double bond polymers (such as natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, ethylene propylene ternary rubber). Its function is to combine with the filler surface through silicon oxygen bonds and crosslink with rubber molecules through disulfide bonds, significantly improve the elastic modulus, tensile strength and wear resistance of the material, and reduce processing viscosity to reduce energy consumption.
