Pigment Red 57:1 usually appears as a bluish-red powder, with an oil absorption of 45-65ml/100g, a pH value of 6.5-7.5, an average particle size of 0.04-0.3μm, a rod-shaped particle shape, and a semi-transparent covering power. Its heat resistance can reach 170℃, light resistance is level 4-5, water resistance is level 5, oil resistance is level 3, and acid resistance and alkali resistance are both level 4.

Uses

Ink field: Pigment Red 57:1 color light meets the magenta color specified by the four-color version, suitable for various printing inks, with good fluidity during printing ink coloring, and good stability and tinting strength.
Plastic field: It can be used for coloring plastic masterbatch, and is also suitable for soft PVC, LDPE and other plastics, such as for soft plastic PP, PE, TPR, PVC and other products below 250°C in plastic injection molding.
Paint field: It can be used for coloring of latex paint and other coatings.
Other fields: It can also be used for coloring rubber, colored pencil leads, oil and watercolor pigments, and daily chemical products such as cosmetics.
