Properties：

1. An iron atom is sandwiched between two cyclopentadienyl groups, forming a so-called "sandwich compound" or "Xavier complex".
2. The iron atom in this structure interacts with the two cyclopentadienyl groups through conjugated π electron clouds to form a five-coordinated aromatic molecule.
3. Ferrocene is stable to air and moisture, insoluble in water, but soluble in most organic solvents such as benzene, ether, tetrahydrofuran, etc.

Uses：

N,N-Dimethylaniline serves as a key intermediate in multiple industries. In the dye industry, it is used to synthesize basic dyes like Basic Yellow O (C.I. Basic Yellow 2) and azo dyes such as Direct Fast Scarlet 4BS (C.I. Direct Red 28), which are applied in textile dyeing processes for cotton, wool, and synthetic fibers. The rubber industry utilizes N,N-Dimethylaniline as an accelerator in vulcanization processes, specifically for the production of sulfenamide accelerators like N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide (CBS).
