Polyacrylamide (PAM) CAS 9003-05-8 is a linear polymer with the chemical formula (C3H5NO)n. Its appearance is a white powder, easily soluble in water, but almost insoluble in organic solvents, and is easily decomposed when the temperature exceeds 120°C. Types of PAM:
- The main applications of anionic PAM include wastewater treatment and solid-liquid separation. It is mainly used in mineral processing, metallurgy, coal washing, food, steel, textile, papermaking and other industries.
