Uses
- Catalyst: 2,4,6-Tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol(DMP-30) is often used as a ligand of catalyst and participates in organic synthesis reactions.
- Flame retardant: Its chemical structure contains nitrogen and phenolic hydroxyl groups. TEMA can be used as a raw material for some flame retardants.
- Color developer: TEMA is widely used in the preparation of color developers for the photographic and printing industries.
